You definitely need a maintenance agreement for your phone system, but what level of support gives you value for money? Some businesses need fast reaction times – and we provide this, giving you the option of a 15-minute response time agreement.

If you’re more relaxed about when an engineer gets back to you, you can opt for a longer response time, up to 4-hours. After all, you can always upgrade later if your needs change.
