If you take card payments or details over the phone, you will require the facility to pause and resume the call recording facility to ensure you are not storing sensitive card data. This is part of working towards being PCI Compliant.

As a business we are helping our customers towards being compliant in ways we directly impact.

From the 1st of January 2020 all customers that have SIP services* shall be auto enrolled into our pause resume call record facility. We are running this on a special offer of £9.99 + VAT per month.

Call recordings can be paused and resumed manually by keying **5 to pause and **6 to resume. Dependent on the handsets you have, we have the option to programme two set keys to enable our customers to pause and resume the call recording with ease.
