At FutureTel we are committed to providing the very best call rates to all of our customers. It is not something we aim to do; we actually guarantee it.

We provide our unique Price Promise to all of the customers that contract lines and minutes with us:

We cap your call rates – your rates will never increase as long as you remain a FutureTel customer.*

Match competitive offers – if another provider offers you a better rate for your calls, as a FutureTel customer, we will match their rate.**

Annual rate review – we will review your call rates with us annually; as wholesale buy-rates for calls decrease, we will pass on these greater savings to you.

Do you make calls to service numbers (like your bank or businesses)? Then you may notice that your bill looks a little different next month. That’s because from July 1st, the way you’re charged for numbers beginning 084, 087, 118 and 09* will change.

From then on, you’ll see a cost on your bill which is formed of a combined access and service charge. We set the access charge and the company you’re phoning will set the service charge. Check our access charge rates below:
